UFC Hall of Fame Inductees

At UFC 312 the promotion announced that Israel Adesanya and Kelvin Gastelum and their fight from UFC 236 will be inducted into the 2025 UFC Hall of Fame’s “Fight Wing.”

Adesanya was in attendance at UFC 312 and gave his reaction to the news that took him by surprise. If you listen to Coast-2-Coast Combat Hour, I’ve always cited this fight as the blueprint to beating Adesanya and he said it was the toughest fight of his career.

That’s saying a lot from the man who has won (and mostly lost) to Alex Pereira.

Consistency Counts for Something

This week on the Coast-2-Coast Combat Hour, BKFC, Bellator, and Tyson/Paul commentator Sean Wheelock returned to the podcast to talk about the success of BKFC and how important it is to be consistent.

BONUS: Old Dogs and New Tricks
