Anatoly Malykhin will be facing Reug Reug on Prime Video Friday night for the heavyweight title. Renier de Ridder makes his UFC debut the next day, Saturday at UFC Vegas 100.

Their promotional history may be over but it seems they are still almost fighting on the same schedule. If you have never watched them fight, this weekend is a good weekend to discover some good fighters to follow.

  • ONE 169: Anatoly Malykhin c. vs. Oumar “Reug Reug” Kane

This fignt will likely not go the distance.

They had a peaceful face-off at weigh-ins but the tow fighters had to be separated twice during this week’s fight week. While it’s not happening in Altanta, it’ll still be live Friday night on Amazon Prime video, be sure and watch it here.

  • UFC Vegas 100: Renier de Ridder vs. Gerald Meerschaert

While it is not the main event, it’s the middle fight on the main card and the debut of de Ridder in the UFC. Meerschaert will be the man welcoming de Ridder into the UFC and he, like de Ridder is well versed in submissions. When two middleweight grapplers face off, it’ll be interesting to see if they forego the ground and test the striking, or see who the better grappler is.

When the news of de Ridder’s signing came, I wrote some of his career notes over at MyMMANews for you to check out.

  • Cage Titans 68: Jahsua Marsh vs. Yorgan De Castro

Marsh welcomes De Castro back to Cage Titans Saturday night!

De Castro is a UFC vet, with a lot of knock outs on his record and he wants to add the Cage Titans heavyweight title to his belt collection. I spoke with De Castro ahead of this fight, check out my piece on him over at Spectation Sports, sign up to watch the event and use CODE: CARBAZEL for 20% off your first month or annual subscription.
